It’s finally here! We’ve partnered with Alive5, a new digital communications platform for SMS/Text Messaging, and integrated AliveChat into their new mobile app for iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play). Read more about this new integration and how it works here.

Accept Chats On The Go

Works internationally via Push Notifications, no longer relying on SMS/Text Messaging (which was restricted to US/Canada). Download the App and log into AliveChat app without the need to set up an Alive5 account. SMS/Text Messaging for Push Notifications can still be enabled together with the Mobile App.

Answer Multiple Chats at a Time

Instantly view a queue of chats in real time and accept incoming chats. Previously you could only accept 1 chat at a time, but the latest update allows you to chat with multiple customers at once.

Canned Answers (Hotkeys) and Voice Command – Respond Without Typing

Easily search and send canned answers set up from your AliveChat Hotkeys configuration. Even use voice command (Siri/Google Assistant) on your phone to write messages without typing!
