Reporting Beta is Now Live!


We’ve been working hard over the last few months and have redesigned our reports from the ground up to bring you a much better way of getting the data that you need.



Where To Find It

Log in to the Administrator Panel and look to the left menu where it says ‘Reports (beta)’. This is a new section with new reports. The older versions of reports are still accessible under the ‘Reports’ menu item.

New, Robust Interface

Slick filter selections allow new ways of creating report filters. Search by Operator, Department, or Website. Paging of results with navigation really helps you work with those big data sets.


Graphs & Visualization!

We’ve added visualization to the data to help you easily see what’s going on. Instantly spot trends and identify areas of improvement.

Faster Processing Times

We’ve removed the clunkiness you might have experienced in the past. Now reports load much faster!

Search Up To 1 Year Back

No longer are you limited to three months when you’re running reports. Now you can go back a whole year..

Which Reports Were Updated?

We’ve redone the following reports: Chat Transcripts, Chat Performance (PRO+ users only), Surveys (Pre and Post Chat), and Chat Labels.

Note: This update will not change what reports you and your operators already have access to, based on your account level.

Still More To Come

We’re not done. Coming soon: Visitor Log (AliveTracker), Log In/Log Out, Messages (AliveMessage) and AliveDial reports. CSV download option will also be available.
